Heard of New Mind Centre in TV but have not try it until recently where I don’t feel right. (eg: in social,working etc). I did talk about my issues to my friends and family but the feedback is not to the point. Friends and family will include their own way of judgement and emotional. 

That’s where I think I better look for the professional. Thus, New Mind came to my mind. 1st consultation of brainwave screening to find out if more steps required; also what to focus for 2nd consultation and so on. Consultation with Hiro was great.Guide you through what you required. Take 1 of my issue as example, I have issue on sleeping. I am a person who always stay alert 24/7 even when sleeping. This is not a good sign for long term, where health issue, skin issue, all sort of issue came through. 

After the consultation with Hiro, he provided an audio to listen to help me stay relax, focus. Slowly, my sleeping pattern changed, skin started glowing (no more dull skin). The greatest news is my recent health report came back with good result. That’s fantastic! Thank you very much to Hiro and New Mind team members. You guys are awesome! Before came for Clinical Hypnotherapy session, I always felt nervous and afraid when talk to a person or a group of friends. I often experienced the thought of other people trying to harm me, hence when talking to other people my voice became shaky and tend to talk less with others. Even when texting with my friends using social media like Whatapps and Instagram, my fingers tend to tremble with fear and afraid of sending messages to them. Besides that, I am very emotional and tends to become depressed or angry easily over small matters, even my younger brother who used to be close with me, commented that it is difficult to communicate with me and felt distant from me. I had been experiencing these issues for the past 4 years. During presentation in my college, I would experience palpitation and feel of vomiting when presenting to a crowd of people. 

 

After graduated on 2018 and started work, I unable to focus and perform well in my new work, when faced problems I tend to be emotional instead of looking for solution or consult my manager. However, after undergo Hypnotherapy session for only 2 months (3 sessions), I am able to talk well with my friends or any strangers and felt more confident than before. Furthermore, I am able to work efficient and rational and willing to find solution for problems encountered during work instead of being emotional about it. At the same time, my family would call me more often than usual and enjoy having a conversation with me. My sleep quality has improved tremendously and feels more energetic in performing my daily routines. I think Hypnotherapy is effective for me as it helps me to express my emotions in a clearer view and understand more about myself, even the small matters from the past that we overlook may affect us now and Hypnotherapy is useful in helping us face these matters that had been stored inside our unconscious thought.

[Review] SleepTalk for Children's behavioural and emotional management | Malaysia - CZ

Before came to New Mind, my son used to be hyperactive and unable to sit still, hence I always arranged many kinds of activities at home and at school to keep him company and made him felt tired in order to help him have a better sleep at night. He also experienced slow learning progress at school, lazy to do homework, and unwilling to share anything with me. He often throwing tantrums at home and fought with his little brother as he felt jealous that everyone treated his younger brother with more care and love. After one month of practicing Sleep Talk with him, I noticed that there a lot of improvements demonstrated from my son.
