I came for solve my bipolar issue it had been diagnosed 4 years before and I had the medicine for 2 years. When my emotion become “special” I looking for other way to solve the issue, then I come New Mind. For the first three sections. I felt that I could easy to told/ express my words to other, but there are still feel anger, so that the fourth treatment Hiro help me for the anger part, and after a month, today I feel that I am confident, feel happiness, could control my emotion, could handle them well. 今天是完成第6个hypno sessions的一天。从一开始天天都处于绝望、不安、焦虑、无法控制想法和心情，到现在能够恢复正常生活，心里真的很感激Hiro。

在疗程期间，让我明白自己为什么会变成一遇事就会逃避事情甚至脑袋失去记忆、process info的能力（与其他类似brain fog症状）。这一切都是创伤所带来的结果。Error won't happen without reason. 通过催眠了解事情的发生，从中找到根源，便能将创伤一一治疗。

虽然现在mco的情况限制了生理上的行动，但治疗让我得到心灵上的自由甚至知道自己有很多变好的可能性。尝试踏出这一步，你会有意想不到的收获，别放弃能让自己变好的机会。

我很幸运，第一次就能找到有效的治疗。再次谢谢Hiro，谢谢你，在这时候拉我一把，让我能够拥抱更好的自己。

 
Intervention involves: Expressive art therapy technique, EMDR technique, Cognitive behavioral hypnotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Brain Mapping Assessment. Further session will be Clinical Neurofeedback Training.

Industry awards platform, the Hall of Wellness Awards (HOW Awards), has unveiled the winners of its 2020 competition at its first-ever awards gala today (10 December).

 

 

 

Presented virtually by HOW Awards founder Kathryn Moore, awards were given out across seven categories – including Middle East, Asia, Europe and UK, Oceania, Americas, Africa and a global group.

Moore introduced the awards saying: “This year has been a labour of love, panic and challenges, but above all a year of togetherness in the industry.

“We created the awards because we wanted to do something meaningful that could recognise and showcase the hard work and dedication our industry has put into their careers over the years," she said.

“Ultimately, we wanted to celebrate the people that are the backbone of businesses and brands, because it’s so important to find out their stories, what ignites their passion and how they got to where they are today.

"The judges were so impressed by the calibre of participants this year and we look forward to coming back even bigger and better next year."

Moore finished by extending her thanks to everyone who supported the HOW Awards, especially its sponsors, judges and brand ambassadors.
