Malaysia Caring Life Social Association - The Hypnotherapy for Cancer Care Workshop

 




Hey everyone! Guess what? I recently stumbled upon this awesome Cancer Care Workshop that totally rocked my world! 🌈 It wasn't just your regular workshop; it was a magical blend of warmth, creativity, and hope.

We kicked off the day with some zen vibes, doing a bit of mindful stretching to shake off the stress. And then came the real fun – It is a painting activity! Who knew finger painting could be so darn therapeutic? It was like releasing a burst of joy right onto the canvas.

I share about how tweaking our brainwaves and diving into hypnotherapy can seriously boost our mood and kick anxiety to the curb. I had also share some mind-blowing tricks on how to rewire our brains for the better. Spoiler alert: It involves a whole lot of good vibes.
