认识过度抗压

很多时候,为了满足现实社会的高要求,我们会逼迫自己向前冲,总是对自己说“我可以,撑过去就没事了!”。久而久之,误以为抗压性很好,原来只是对压力渐渐没有认知,盲目地乐观,活得麻木。认为自己凡事都有办法完成,只要比别人多花一些时间和努力,就好像你以为自己可以用一桶水把大火救熄,缺少认清事实的能力。
许久没有真正休息放松,感觉自己一直处在被追赶的节奏,仿佛一停下来就有更多东西堆积,长期精神紧绷。失去了平衡生活的能力,只会一直盲目地努力以满足上司、家人和社会的期望。临床催眠治疗师古健荣表示,当过度抗压或活得过于麻木时,代表大脑前额叶失调,即是思维活动和行为表现出现偏差。长期过度抗压导致情绪麻痹与抽离问题,不仅让你失去生活动力与憧憬,得过且过。从大脑层面来说,它会让你执行力下降,专注力、学习力和判断力都会受影响,更严重者还会引发自律神经失调、恐慌、焦虑和抑郁等身心健康问题。
